Refund Policy

Eligibility

QForge Pro is a digital product — a license key delivered immediately on payment, so there is no shipping or delivery delay. Because activation is instant, purchases are generally final. A refund is issued if:

• the license key you received fails to activate on a genuine, unmodified copy of QForge and we cannot fix the issue after being contacted, or
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

What happens to the license after a refund

A refunded license is revoked and stops validating. Any devices activated on it are no longer counted as licensed seats.
